We have an excellent opportunity available for a General Manager at our Boston South location, located in Stoughton, MA.  The salary range for this position is $135,000-$140,000, depending on experience.  There is also potential for a performanced based bonus.  The successful candidate will manage day to day operations in our multi-million dollar location.  

• Develop plans and strategies to improve the overall performance of the branch.
• Increase market presence through innovative sales techniques.
• Work as a liaison with various Home Office representatives..
• Coach and mentor team of service professionals to provide quality in-home service.  
• Create goals and objectives for management team to assume added responsibility. 
• Total P&L responsibility.

• Energetic leader to be a mentor with a strong team orientation 
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills
• Proven track record of increasing sales through creative and innovative sales techniques
• Three to five years’ General Management experience in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, and other related fields is desired
• A minimum Associates’ Degree in business or related field is strongly preferred.
