We have an exciting opportunity for a Permits Coordinator at our East Bay branch located in Livermore, California.  The hourly pay range for this position is $22.00-$28.00, depending on experience.

• Interact dynamically with local management
• Manage the permit process for the local management team

• Experienced with local zoning and permitting process
• Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in a bustling environment
• Excellent customer service experience
• Service industry experience is strongly desired
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential along with a working knowledge of various software programs
• Valid driver's license
