Roto-Rooter Services Company's corporate home office, located in downtown Cincinnati, has an opportunity for an Operations Project Manager. This is an on-site, full-time position with a salary range between $85,000-$90,000, depending on experience.  This position supports the Director of Office Operations in managing field process compliance, providing an opportunity to learn about the operational side of Roto-Rooter.

Significant effort is devoted to planning, executing, and monitoring operational projects, including technician mobile device applications and office processes such as time tracking. Strong communication with branches and call center management. This position collaborates closely with IT to design, test, and improve new applications and processes.

A variety of projects includes most new initiatives from senior management.

This position is provided with company-provided garage parking at a nearby parking facility.

Essential Function:

• Assist the Director of Office Operations in planning and executing required process improvement.
• Manage mobile releases for field staff. Work with the mobile devices department on the release and deployment.
• Coordinate policy administration, including the development and maintenance of training manuals.
• Develop, plan, and conduct training sessions with branches and call centers, including new dispatch processes and field time tracking, as well as new AI software critical to customer calls.
• Evaluate and report on weekly results, call count, and sales.
• Completion of projects as assigned.
• Some support for President of company. Plan meetings.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience in process improvement and team management.
• Some travel.
• This is an on-site position. No remote working.
