Excavation Project Manager

Founded in 1935, Roto-Rooter is North America's largest plumbing, drain cleaning, and water cleanup services provider. Roto-Rooter operates businesses in over 100 company-owned branches, independent contractor territories, and approximately 400 independent franchise operations, serving approximately 90% of the U.S. population and parts of Canada. 

There is opportunity for an Excavation Project Manager at our Chicago branch, located in Schaumburg, IL.  The average yearly earnings for this position is $115,000-$150,000.  This includes a weekly base plus commission with bonus potential.

As our Excavation Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Interact with customers, develop scope of work and work plan, monitor progress
• Service as primary contact for the customer
• Ensures customer satisfaction
• Prepares/reviews estimates, acts as liaison with insurance companies, and interacts with other company personnel on collections
• Performs excavation sales and technician functions when needed
• Ensures all documentation is complete
• Manage and supervise all excavation crews

• Knowledge of Excavation industry and practices and insurance reimbursement for Excavation claims
• Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
• Able to work in a fast paced environment 
• Fluent using Xactimate software
